SDII Global Corporation (SDII) was retained by Tower Hill Insurance Group to perform a subsidence investigation. A comprehensive geologic, geotechnical and structural evaluation was completed. It is the professional opinion of SDII that sinkhole activity does exist at the subject property. Remediation is recommended through a grout injection program utilizing twenty-one grout injection points and approximately 200-250 cubic yards of cement grout. Following the grout injection the foundation will need to be stabilized through installation of underpinning piles around the perimeter of the house. Thirty-nine piles will be needed for this project. The complete report is on file. Please verify all information you feel is relevant. |
